About us
Hello! My name is Nodine-Chantelle; but you can call me Nono. This was the name given to me when I went to Johnson and Wales University from my closest friends. My experiences here, brought me to becoming an Allergy Chef at Camp Tevya in Brookline, NH. I was responsible for providing safe food for select groups of kids. I had made the executive decision to make all desserts top 9 allergen friendly. Not only did this create a trust between the children and I, it created a shared experience for them that they cannot otherwise do. Since then I have been known as Chef Nono to everyone. I myself am allergic to dairy, egg, and gluten. What started out as a need for me to survive, became a passion to be able to provide others like me the chance to experience safe food and, share our humanity while we are at it. Please come in to enjoy some good food and conversation. ~ Chef Nono
